1. Eligibility
Screentreat is designed for use by individuals of all ages, including children under the age of 13, provided they are using the app with the involvement, supervision, and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
By creating an account for a child under 13, the parent or guardian:
Confirms that they are legally authorized to provide consent on behalf of the child,
Acknowledges responsibility for the child’s use of the app,
Agrees to monitor the child’s activity within the app,
Consents to the collection and use of the child's data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
If you are a parent or legal guardian and you do not agree to these terms or our privacy practices, do not permit your child to use the App.
2. Description of the App
Screentreat is a digital tool designed to help users manage screen time through a positive reward system. The app allows parents or guardians to set screen-time goals, offer incentives, and track digital behavior.
3. User Accounts
You may need to create an account to use some features of Screentreat:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as needed.
4. Parental Use & Responsibility
If you are a parent or guardian using Screentreat on behalf of your child:
You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the setup and monitoring of rewards and screen time.
You confirm you have the legal authority to consent to data collection for any minor user you add to the app.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the App for any illegal purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App.
Use the App in a way that could damage or overburden our systems or interfere with other users' experience.
6. Subscription & Payments
6.1 Subscription Plans
Screentreat offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans may include additional features such as enhanced parental controls, remote management, performance insights, and customization options. Details for each plan are available within the app or on our website.
6.2 Free Trials
We may offer free trials for a limited period. If not canceled before the trial period ends, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription and the applicable fee will be charged to your selected payment method.
6.3 Billing and Payment
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually), depending on your chosen plan.
By subscribing, you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method for the applicable fees and taxes.
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated in our cancellation policy.
6.4 Auto-Renewal
Unless you cancel before the end of your billing period, your subscription will automatically renew at the current rate for the same duration as the previous term.
6.5 Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time via your device's app store or your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until that date.
6.6 Family Sharing
Some subscription plans may include Family Sharing options that allow multiple child profiles to be managed under one parent account. The number of users or devices permitted may vary by plan. Unauthorized sharing of subscriptions beyond the allowed limits may result in account suspension.
6.7 Discounts and Promotions
We may periodically offer promotional pricing, referal discounts, or family bundle offers. These are subject to specific terms and may be time-limited. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotional offers at any time.
6.8 Institutional Licensing

6.9 Changes to Subscription Terms

Screentreat is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that the App will always be secure or free from bugs or viruses, however if you notice any malfunction, please contact our customer support team support@screentreat.app and we will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Screentreat and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
